High-voltage-tolerant power supply in a Standard CMOS technology,
5V-to-3.3V and 5V-to-1.8V Dual Linear Voltage Regulator
Overview
Based on the 0.18 µM 3.3V/1.8V Logic process, this design of the Power
Regulator provides both 3.3V and 1.8V power supplies which are regulated
from a single 5V supply. The maximum output currents are 120 mA for 3.3V
and 60 mA for 1.8V, respectively.
This is a High Performance Voltage Regulator which has special features
that enable it to produce regulated voltage using standard technology.
